TextGrid : Using the Import Tool

The Import Tool can be used not only to import local files as TextGrid Object but also to re-import them after with or without their metadata.

Comments:

Importing objects with its metadata does not only work if they have been exported from TextGrid before, I think. So it would part of Re-Import. That is why I put "Re-Import" here. I also think that this is good for systematic reasons.
